The official campaign did have an ending. You may not have liked it, but it did.
You are free to request a change to the ending, more content added, or whatever... or to start a petition, if that's your wish. We will always consider it, and I think Bioware as a whole has always been very good with its customer support & interaction (though, I bet, not in the eyes of people who don't have their particular demands met).
You're also free to claim you didn't get value for your dollar in purchasing the game because you didn't like the way the OC ended... you are the customer, after all.
Implying that our company will go bankrupt if your demands are not met, however, is a bit much. I used to run a hotel, and about once a week I would encounter a businessman who would raise a stink over some issue that made them unhappy.
I would invariably deal with the problem as best I could... and eventually I would tell the man what I was capable of doing to help him. Sometimes that was insufficient and his ultimatum was always thus: "Neither I nor anyone from my company will ever stay here again unless you do what I want!" This was always said in the tone that we would Regret messing with him and our business would Suffer as a result.
Seeing as I had already told the customer what I could do for him, my response was always the same: "That would be up to you, sir."
Often we worked it out, as I was always willing to do my best to please the customer. Sometimes he stormed out, sure as hell that my hotel was going to Pay. Sometimes I saw that person again later, checking in without comment... sometimes not. Either way, business was fine.
It is redundant to say that Bioware's business, just like the hotel I ran, relies at least in part on how happy our previous customers have been with our product. Threats or demands from anyone are not going to change that.
As far as any kind of epilogue goes, if we feel there is sufficient demand for such a thing and that it would be worth our time, of course we would consider it. Feel free to make your case, as I said earlier. Casting aspersions that our 'empire will crumble' if we don't do as you say, however, aren't going to get you anywhere.
